Before co-founding Sun-Tech, Mr. Celik held leadership roles in global investment groups, technology ventures, and international business advisory platforms. He has successfully structured and negotiated multi-billion-dollar investment projects across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and North America—often involving multi-stakeholder negotiations, sovereign and legal risk navigation, and innovative financial engineering.

His portfolio includes renewable & green energy production, including Hydrogen, data center infrastructure solutions, and structured financing models for industrial and institutional clients.
